Craig C. Boeth, 71 of Scranton, passed on Wednesday, at the Allied Hospice Center, Scranton. Born in Scranton, he was the son of the late Phillip and Elizabeth Roche Boeth. Craig was a 1970 graduate of West Scranton High School and retired from Lackawanna Colts as a bus driver for over 38 years. He was a model train collector for many years and attended many train shows, and an avid Corvette and motorcycle enthusiast. Craig was a lover of all animals. He is survived by his brother, Robert, Clarks Summit, a niece, Marisa Naughton and husband Donald, Dunmore, a nephew, John Boeth, Scranton. Great nieces, Brynne Naughton Garrett, Dunmore and Taryn Naughton, Clarks Summit. He was predeceased by his longtime companion of over 35 years, Madlyn Kayes, who passed away in November 2011. A graveside service, officiated by the Rev. Dr. Elliott Cooke, Pastor of the Jackson Street Baptist Church, West Scranton, will be held on Monday, at Milwaukee Cemetery, 2519 Milwaukee Road, Clarks Summit, at 11 am.
