Eva Warholak Husanita, 95, of West Scranton, formerly of Bridgeport, CT, died Monday in Allied Services Skilled Nursing. Her husband Stephen Husanita died in 1983. Born in Wyola-Smithmills, PA, she was the daughter of the late Michael and Mary Suchick Warholak. A 1937 graduate of Scranton Technical High School, she was a member of St. Michael’s Ukrainian Orthodox Church, Scranton and had worked for Devar-Kinetics Control Products, Bridgeport. She is survived by her daughter, Theodora Woltch, FL, a brother Theodore Warholak, Maine, 3 sisters, Anastasia Wallick, Theodora Kmoitek and Margaret Quibick, all of Bridgeport, nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by 5 sisters, Mary Brown, Anna Krasawski, Catherine Marcinko, Susan Krupinski, Julie Kozy, 5 brothers, Charles, Paul, Joseph, John, and Michael Warholak. Graveside services were held on Friday in Fairview Memorial Park, Elmhurst, by the Right Rev. Nestor S. Kowal. Memorial contributions can be made to St. Michael’s U. O. Church, 540 N.
