John J. Kulick, 61, of Dunmore, passed late Wednesday night at Geisinger CMC after being stricken ill at home. Born in Scranton, he is the son of Ann Kulick, Dunmore, and the late Walter J. Kulick. John was a graduate of Scranton Technical High School and worked as a pizza maker for several local shops and restaurants. He is survived by his mother, Ann Kulick, three sons; Patrick Kulick, John Joseph Kulick Jr, Colin Kulick, two sisters; Elizabeth Rose Kulick, Scranton, Dyann C. Rayer and husband Richard, Scott Twp., one brother; Walter J. Kulick Armitage and husband, Kevin.
He was predeceased by his father, Walter, two siblings; Deborah Ann Ogden and Michael Robert Kulick.
A Blessing Service will be held on Wednesday at 10 am in the Edward J. Chomko Funeral Home & Cremation Services, 262 Railroad Avenue, West Scranton. Interment will follow at Fairview Memorial Park, Elmhurst. Viewing will be on Tuesday, 4 to 7 pm.
