John Radzwillowicz

John J. Radzwillowicz, “Radz”, 74 of Taylor, passed away on Tuesday, at Allied Hospice Center, Scranton. His wife of 53 years is Jean M. Lavelle Radzwillowicz. Born in Scranton, he was the son of the late John and Margaret Moran Radzwillowicz. John was a graduate of Scranton Technical High School and retired from J & R Tenant Management. John also served his community as a tennis coach at Riverside High School and Keystone College, he was the proprietor of the Taylor Tennis Association, and was the president of the former Scranton Red Sox. He was the president of the Northeast Pennsylvania High Performance Auto Club, Cayman Sports of PA, and he was a drummer and percussionist in several local rock bands. John is survived by his wife Jean, their daughter, Jen Radzwillowicz, his nephew, John Sandy and family, Atlanta, Georgia, and his canine grand puppy, Olive. He was predeceased by two sisters, Martha Sandy, and Marie “Tootsie” Kolinovsky.

Arrangements are under the care and direction of the Edward J. Chomko Funeral Home & Cremation Services, West Scranton
