Our precious baby girl Addisen Nikole Spindler, born November 23, 2017, went home to our heavenly father, unexpectedly on Sunday, May 20, 2018, just a few days shy of being six months old. She has shown us a new meaning of love and will be imbedded in our hearts forever.
Surviving are her parents, Jamie Spindler, Scranton, Kristen Smith, Old Forge, three brothers, Jamie, Aidan and Gaven, Scranton. Her paternal grandparents, Margaret Kunda, Taylor, Arthur Spindler, Taylor, maternal grandmother, Janelle LaMontague-Park, Step grandfather, Gary Park and great grandmother, Hennetta LaMontague, aunts and uncles, Jeff and Holly Zellner, Scott and Roxanne Spindler, Bill and Jennifer Dunston, AJ Spindler, Chris Spindler, Lauren Pross, Kieran Pross, Michael Smith, Tony Smith, cousins, Amy Baboucarr, Kennedy Zellner, Victoria and Bailey Dunston, Austin and Ashlee Spindler, Joshua Spindler and Hunter Spindler. She was predeceased by her grandfather, Michael Smith and cousin, Joseph William Dunston. Friends may come to celebrate Addisen’s life on Friday, 5 to 7 pm in the Edward J. Chomko Funeral Home & Cremation Services, 262 Railroad Avenue, West Scranton. A graveside interment service will be held on Saturday at 10:30 am, officiated by the Rev. Richard Fox in St. John the Baptist section of Cathedral Cemetery, Oram Street, West Scranton.
