Linda J. O’Donnell Knight, 70. of Taylor, passed on Thursday, December 29, at Regional Hospital of Scranton.

Born in Newark, NJ, she was the daughter of the late Richard and Doris Hosey Fletcher. Educated in Scranton Technical High School, she was of the Catholic Faith and retired as manager of the Flowers Bakery of Florida.

She is survived by two sons; Michael O’Donnell and companion, Barb Miller, Duryea, John Knight and wife Samantha, FL, three daughters; Michaeline Rose, NC, Linda O’Donnell, Taylor, Kelly McPhillips and husband Gary, Scranton, 19 grandchildren, 21 great grandchildren, one brother, Eugene Fletcher, Moosic and one sister, Cheryl Metro, Duryea. Linda was predeceased by her parents, one grandson, Tyler O’Donnell, her former husband, Michael O’Donnell, one brother; Richard Fletcher and one sister; Sharon Krushinsky.

A Christian Blessing Service will be officiated on Thursday, at 10 am by the Rev. Fr. Richard Fox, in the Edward J. Chomko Funeral Home & Cremation Services, 262 Railroad Avenue, West Scranton. Interment will follow in Cathedral Cemetery.

Viewing for family and friends will be on Wednesday, 4 to 7 pm in the funeral home.
