Karen Kuehner, 38, of South Scranton, died Tuesday night in Hospice of The Sacred Heart, Dunmore. Born in Scranton, she is the daughter of Joseph J. Kuehner Jr., Folkston, GA and Gloria Jean Kuehner, Scranton. Educated in West Scranton High School, she was of the Baptist Faith. She is also survived by two sons, Michael Edwards and Ryne Kuehner. Two Brothers, Gunnery Sergeant Joseph J. Kuehner and wife Gina, Scranton, Christopher Kuehner and wife Juliann, Dickson City, Maternal grandmother, Valerie Perry, Scranton, two nieces, one nephew, her main caregiver, Lisa Adamski along with additional aunts, uncles and cousins. She was predeceased by her maternal grandfather, Clarence Perry and paternal grandparents, Joseph J. Sr. and Winona Kuehner. Viewing for family and friends will be on Saturday, 2 to 4:30 pm with an informal service beginning at 4:40 in the Edward J. Chomko Funeral Home & Cremation Services, 262 Railroad Avenue, West Scranton.
