Constance Golembeski, 66, a resident of 63 years at the White Haven Center, White Haven, PA, died on Wednesday, at Geisinger Wyoming Valley Hospital. Born in Scranton, she is the daughter of Henrietta Novotka Golembeski, Scranton, and the late Stanley Golembeski. She is survived by cousins and her friends at White Haven. Private Services and burial were held. Arrangements were entrusted to the direction and care of the Edward J. Chomko Funeral Home & Cremation Services, West Scranton.
