Brian Louis Nardella, 49, of West Scranton, was tragically taken from this world on Wednesday March 27, 2024, from injuries sustained in an automobile accident. He is survived by his wife and life partner Lynne Nardella and their cherished beagle, Charlie. Born in Scranton, he is the son of Louis and the late Judith Nardella. Brian was a graduate of Scranton Technical High School. After high school, he completed the ACT 120 and served as police officer in Carbondale, Clarks Summit and Duryea. He eventually went on to earn his Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design from Marywood University. He then attended barber school in Harrisburg and became dedicated to the craft of barbering, ultimately. becoming a master barber and opening his own shop with close friends: Loyalty Barber Shop. Brian was a proud business owner and contributor to his community, offering his services and friendship to anyone in need. He never came across someone whom he didn’t consider a friend. He enjoyed his travels with his wife across the country, and had a passion for all animals, especially animals in need.
“He’d give you the shirt off of his back”. “To know Brian, was to love Brian”. “A kind and gentle soul”. Brian embodied every cliché term of true friendship. His kindness was as natural as breathing, his compassion boundless. Loyalty: it wasn’t just his business name, it was his life. Our loyal, kind-hearted, generous husband, son, brother, friend and barber. The absence of Brian leaves an irreplaceable void in the lives of everyone who was fortunate enough to know him. As we mourn this profound loss, let’s honor his memory by treating each other with the same kindness and generosity he showed us every day. That’s what he would have wanted, after all.
He is survived by his wife Lynne Nardella of Scranton, father, Louis Nardella, brother, Michael Nardella (Tiffany), NJ, sister, Lori Kozlosky (Mark), NJ, sister Lisa Nardella, Clarks Summit, mother in law, Lisa Ziegelbauer, brother in law Erik Ziegelbauer (Jackie), NY.
