Cathy R. DeCicco Frederici, 46, of Dickson City, passed on Saturday, November 6, 2021 after being stricken ill at home at Geisinger/CMC. Born in Scranton, she is the daughter of Dorothy “Dottie” Shoemaker and Chuck Watts. Cathy was a 1993 graduate of West Scranton High School and was employed at Northeast Eye as a receptionist. She is survived by her former husband, Daniel Frederici and their daughter, Madison Frederici, two sisters, Kimberly Felkowski, Debbie McAfee, two brothers, Richard DeCicco and Timothy DeCicco, all of Scranton, several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her brother inlaw, Mark McAfee and a niece Kirsten Felkowski. Visitation for family and friends will be on Wednesday, 4 to 6:30 pm with a Blessing Service at 6:30 pm officiated by the Rev. Richard Fox in the Edward J. Chomko Funeral Home & Cremation Services, 262 Railroad Avenue, West Scranton. Inurnment will be private.
