Donnell T. Wilk, 52, of South Scranton, passed at home on Friday, March 21, with his partner Deanna Weber by his side. Born and raised in Morristown, NJ, he is the stepson of Robert Underhill and the late Cecellia Wilk Underhill. Donny was a graduate Wiffle Park High School, of the Catholic Faith and worked for BioNoble for over seven years, until he was diagnosed with Stage 3 lung cancer. Donnell relocated to Scranton 11 years ago for a fresh start where he met his partner of 10 years Deanna, and they built a good life together.
He is also survived by two brothers; Joe and Jamie Underhill, Stepson, Jeremy and his wife Miranda, three grandchildren; Ben, Ellie and Hudson., also extended family members; Shirley, Kathy, Ronald, Robin, Shaun, Kris, as well as very close and special family members, Ruth Ann and Brenda and two feline friends, Anna and Jackson. He was preceded in death by his mother Cecellia, sister Noel, mother in-law Dorothy Webster.
There will be no services as per Donny’s request. A Celebration of Life will be held in July 2025, in Blossburg, PA.
