Edward P. “Eddie” Arnold, 83, passed away on July 29, 2024, at home with his life- long love, Veona Romano of 20 years, at their home in Taylor. Eddie was born and raised in the Keyser Valley section of West Scranton, which he had loved so dearly. Eddie was preceded in death by his parents, Joseph and Louise Arnold, sisters; Marion, Louise and Irene. He is survived by his siblings; Jerry and wife Jane, Joseph and wife Maryann, Debbie and husband Paul, and Mary. Eddie is also survived by one daughter, Jacqueline “Jackie” Arnold and his sons, Rick, Mike and Mark. Grandchildren; William Clarke and wife Katie and their children, Logan and Athena, Brandi Clarke and children, Haily, Heather and Michael and youngest, DJ Morgan, best friends, Nunzi Allegrucci, George Churilla and many more good friends. Eddie retired from Chamberlin and during his retirement he enjoyed and loved camping, fishing, and froggin with his grandson William. Eddie loved antique cars, the Nebraska Cornhuskers and the Dallas Cowboys, and was never short of opinions when it came to the Cleveland Browns who he secretly admired. Eddie and Veona enjoyed many good years at Shawnee camping. Eddie will be greatly missed and loved by family and friends. There are no services. Arrangements under the care of the Edward J.
