Kimberly A. Kohut, 52, of North Scranton, passed away suddenly on Monday, March 28, 2022. Born and raised in the Pine Brook section of Scranton, she was the daughter of the late Stephen and Kathleen Kohut and attended Scranton Technical High School. Kim was best known for her impersonations of famous people and would get everyone laughing, especially when she did her “Dr. Ruth” impersonation while having a conversation and cause everyone to bellow in laughter. Kim is survived by 2 sisters; Sharon Santarsiero and husband John, Dunmore, Donna Reese, Scranton, six brothers; Stephen Kohut and wife Barbara, Throop, Joseph “Terry” Kohut, Scranton, Mark Kohut, Scranton, Eugene Kohut, Clarks Summit, Jeffrey Kohut and wife Debbie, Scranton, Gary Kohut and wife Laurie, Scranton, and her niece April Lynn Reese and nephew Justus Reese whom she considered her best friends as well as many additional nieces, nephews and cousins.
