Mary Androscizsko, 94, of West Scranton died Christmas morning at Regional Hospital of Scranton. Her husband of 48 years, Joseph J. Androscizsko, died in 1996. Born in Dunmore, she is the daughter of the late Frank and Anna Penyak Swadeba. Mary was a graduate of Dunmore High School, a member of Mary Mother of God Parish and retired as a supervisor from Gold Star Manufacturing. She is survived by one daughter, Lindene Chesek and husband Edward, Scranton, a granddaughter, Lauren and husband Benjamin Mirro, DVM, Elizabeth, PA, a grandson, Edward Jr. and husband, Kyle, Hanover Twp., nieces, nephews and cousins. She was also predeceased by two sisters, Anne Kushinka, Margaret Filarsky, three brothers, Andrew, Frank and Joseph Swadeba. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Saturday at 11:30 am in Holy Rosary Church, Mary Mother of God Parish, 316 William Street, Scranton, PA 18508. Interment will follow in St. Vladimir Ukrainian Catholic Cemetery, Minooka. There are no calling hours. Arrangements under the care of the Edward J.
