Tully Jones

Tully Jones, 63 of North Scranton, passed on Friday evening at the Allied Hospice Center, Scranton. Born in Scranton, he was the son of the late John and Julia Jones. He served his country in the Army and was of the Protestant faith. Tully had been employed by L. T. Verrastro for the last 35 years and was a member of the Teamster Union Local 229, Tully is survived by his brothers Jack and his wife Sharon, Scranton, Lee and his life Yvonne, Tennessee, Eric and his wife Dorothy, and his goddaughter Alice, Olyphant, and his sister Barbara Leja, Scranton. Tully was predeceased by his parents, one brother William, one sister Janet and brother in law John Leja. A graveside service will be held privately at Abington Hills Cemetery. Arrangements are under the care of the Edward J. Chomko Funeral Home & Cremation Services, West Scranton.
